Overview
Sourcing a machine and running it are two different problems, and cross-border equipment projects usually stall on the second. This practice covers the control system: configuring, programming and commissioning it so imported plant works on the floor it was bought for. The engineering is performed by our automation partner in India rather than in-house. We scope the requirement, carry the technical brief across languages, and either introduce them to the client directly or coordinate their delivery alongside the sourcing and regulatory work. Their engineers are theirs, and we say so rather than presenting them as ours.
