Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data HariNex Global Co., Ltd. collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have written it to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every theoretical possibility.

01Who we are

HariNex Global Co., Ltd. (瀚瑞國際股份有限公司) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is at 3F, No. 10, Wenhua 7th Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City 333004, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

You can reach us at hello@harinexglobal.com for any question about this policy or about data we hold.

02What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name, email address, company name, region, the service areas you select, your project description, and — if you provide it — your telephone number.

Our short enquiry forms on individual service pages collect only your name, email address and message, together with a record of which service page the enquiry came from.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information for every request, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the site.

We do not collect special category data, and you should not send us sensitive personal information through the website forms.

03Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics.

We store one item in your browser’s local storage: your choice of language (English or 繁體中文), saved under the key "harinex.lang". This exists solely so the site remembers your preference between pages. It contains no identifier and is not transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

04Why we use your data and on what basis

We use enquiry data to respond to you, to assess whether we can help, and to carry out any engagement you subsequently ask us to perform. Where you have asked us to contact you, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We use technical data to keep the website available and secure, relying on our legitimate interest in operating it safely.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary: with our hosting provider, which stores and serves this website; with an email delivery provider, where one is configured, so that enquiries reach us; and with professional advisers or regulatory experts where an engagement requires it and you have asked us to involve them.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

06International transfers

We are based in Taiwan and work with colleagues and representatives in India, South Korea and the United States. Our hosting provider operates a global content delivery network, so data may be processed in countries outside your own.

Cross-border transfer of personal data by a non-public agency is permitted under Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act unless the competent authority has imposed a restriction on the relevant category of transfer. We monitor for any such restriction and will comply with it if one applies to us.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so.

If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no continuing obligation to retain it, we will.

08Statutory notice under the Personal Data Protection Act

This section gives the notice required by Article 8 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法).

Collecting party: HariNex Global Co., Ltd. Purposes of collection: customer and client management and service; contractual, pre-contractual and other legal relationships; provision of the advisory, sourcing and localisation services described on this website; and business operation consistent with our registered scope. Categories of data: identification and contact particulars, employment details you choose to provide, and the content of your enquiry.

Period of use: for as long as the purpose subsists, and thereafter for as long as required by applicable retention obligations. Area of use: Taiwan and the territories in which we or our service providers operate. Recipients: HariNex Global and the processors described in this policy. Method of use: automated and non-automated processing consistent with the purposes above.

Providing your data is voluntary. If you choose not to provide it, or provide it incompletely, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or perform an engagement — but no other consequence follows.

09Your rights

Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act gives you five rights in respect of your personal data, and those rights may not be waived or restricted in advance by contract. You may: enquire about and review your data; request a copy; request correction or supplementation; request that we cease collecting, processing or using it; and request deletion.

Where we use your data for marketing, you may ask us to stop at any time and we will do so without charge.

If you are in a jurisdiction that confers additional rights — for example the EU or the United Kingdom — you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@harinexglobal.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and will not charge you except where the law permits a fee for producing copies.

10Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and enquiry submissions are validated on our server before being processed. We restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it.

No transmission over the internet is entirely secure. Please do not send confidential technical information through the website forms — ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first, which we are glad to sign before any technical disclosure.

11Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
