09Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Subject to the following paragraph, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taoyuan District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法), that agreement does not deprive you of any jurisdiction the Act reserves to you, nor of any other mandatory right the Act confers. Nothing in these terms restricts a right that the law does not permit us to restrict.
